Given the business and varied hours we work, I'm throwing the kit in the truck and taking 9D on the road. So if its just you, you and your bestie, or your whole tribe, relax in the comfort of your own home, lounge room, deck, or backyard (bonus if it's a starry night). I bring the mats and bolsters. You just need socks and your blanket and a water bottle. 50 plus journeys to suit all occasions - Families, Hens, Bucks, Marriage, Divorce, bereavement, or Spiritual quest. Trauma can bind onto us from many sources ,affecting our relationships. Our formative years, those early years can sometimes hold us in patterns of survival that are in the present not needed and so do not serve us. We are all connected and our own personal ancestral lines can have so much influence upon us. 9D Breathwork allows one to at their own pace to dive deeply into their psyche, their subconscious and gently unpack and unravel and get a sense of space from the fast paced external world. You will feel peace, you will express how you may have never expressed before. 9D is immersive .It has to be experienced. So much emphasis on being like someone else seems to be the way today. I will guide you to be yourself. Not the you ,you think you should be for your man, woman or child, but the you ,you need to be for you. Wake up and give this a red hot go by breathing deep. I will teach you several techniques that you'll always be able to have with you. You haven't missed out if you have never done any breathwork before, but you will leave being more conscious of you and your relationship to the breath; which is one and the same. I have hosted groups where a glass of wine or beer was enjoyed, delivered an awesome session, went on my way and left the people to party on in the highest mood level possible.
